These terms apply to your use of vip.ferohush.com and to purchases made on it from FeroHush ("FeroHush", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Cancellation Policy, Refund & Returns Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

Products

The FeroHush Starter Kit contains one plug-in diffuser and two 30-day refill bottles. FeroHush is a pheromone-based calming product for cats. It is not a medicine or veterinary treatment and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Every cat is different and individual results vary. If you are concerned about your cat's health or behaviour, consult a veterinarian.

Safe use

Use the diffuser only as directed: plug it directly into a standard wall socket, keep it out of reach of children and pets, don't cover it, and don't use it with damaged plugs or in wet areas.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and are shown at checkout before you pay. The total you see at checkout — including any shipping charge and optional add-ons you choose — is the amount charged. Purchases are one-time payments; you are not enrolled in any subscription and will not be charged again unless you place another order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Discounts are shown against our regular price per kit and are available while stocks last. We may change prices at any time; changes don't affect orders already placed.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may cancel and fully refund any order if a product is unavailable, if there was a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.

Shipping, returns and refunds

See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law in your country.

Disputes

If there's a problem with your order, please contact us first at hi@ferohush.com — we can usually fix it faster than a card dispute.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer law of your country of residence applies.
