This policy explains what personal information FeroHush ("FeroHush", "we") collects when you visit vip.ferohush.com or place an order, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Order information: your name, email address, phone number (optional), shipping and billing addresses, and the products you buy.
- Payment information: card details are entered into secure fields hosted by our payment gateway and are sent directly to the gateway. We never see or store your full card number or security code. We receive a token, the card brand and the last four digits.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Marketing attribution: the advertising campaign or link that brought you to our site (for example UTM parameters).
How we use it
- To process payments, fulfil and ship your order, and provide customer support.
- To prevent fraud and keep our checkout secure.
- To send order and shipping updates.
- To send marketing emails, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- To measure and improve our advertising and website.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business: our payment gateway and processor, shipping carriers and fulfilment partners, email providers, website hosting, and advertising and analytics partners (Meta and Google). We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and pixels from Meta and Google to measure ad performance and show relevant ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings and adjust ad preferences in your Meta and Google account settings.
Data retention
We keep order records for as long as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes, and other data only as long as needed for the purposes above.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or US state privacy laws such as the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Security
Our site is served over HTTPS, and payments are handled by a PCI DSS compliant gateway.
Children
Our site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
