Cancellation Policy

Purchase type: one-time purchase. There is no subscription, membership or recurring billing to cancel.

Cancelling before your order ships

You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it ships. Email hi@ferohush.com with your order number (it starts with FH-) and the word "Cancel". Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, so please contact us as soon as you can.

If the order hasn't shipped, we cancel it and refund the full amount — including shipping and any optional add-ons — to your original payment method within 2 business days. We'll confirm the cancellation by email.

After your order has shipped

Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but you're still covered: your first order is protected by our 60-day calm-or-refund, and other items can be returned. See our Refund & Returns Policy.

Billing descriptor

Your payment appears on your card or bank statement as FEROHUSH. If you don't recognise a charge, please contact us before contacting your bank — we'll help straight away.
