Refund & Returns Policy

60-day calm-or-refund
Every first order of the FeroHush Starter Kit is covered by our 60-day calm-or-refund promise. If, for any reason, you're not happy with the product within 60 days of the delivery date, email hi@ferohush.com with your order number and we'll refund the full amount you paid for the kits, including any shipping charge.
- You do not need to return the product. Keep it, pass it on or recycle it.
- There is no restocking fee.
- The promise applies to your first order (one refund per household). Later orders of refills or extra kits can be returned unopened within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- If you bought the optional priority processing & package protection ($3.97), it is refunded too if your order has not shipped yet; once the order has shipped, that service has been provided and is not refundable.
Returns and return address
Calm-or-refund claims don't need a return. For other returns (unopened refills or extra kits within 30 days of delivery), email us first with your order number so we can match the parcel to your order, then send the item to:

Please use a tracked service and include your order number (it starts with FH-) inside the parcel. Refunds for returned items are issued within 2 business days of the parcel arriving. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer; we pay it for damaged, defective or wrong items.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. You won't be asked to pay return shipping.
Lost or undelivered orders
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or shows delivered but you haven't received the parcel, contact us. If you added package protection we re-ship immediately at no cost; otherwise we'll open a claim with the carrier and re-ship or refund once it's resolved.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel any order that hasn't shipped yet for a full refund. See our Cancellation Policy.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal). We process approved refunds within 2 business days; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show the credit. We'll email you when the refund is issued.
Billing
Purchases on this site are one-time payments. You are not enrolled in any subscription or recurring billing. The charge appears on your card statement as FEROHUSH.
